1. Introduction

Welcome to RI Sports. By placing an order on our website you agree to the terms set out below. These terms exist to keep ordering clear and fair for every customer across Pakistan.

2. Order eligibility

• Minimum age: You must be at least 4 years of age to place an order on this site. We welcome sports enthusiasts of all ages.
• Guardian supervision: If you are between 4 and 18, we recommend ordering with the knowledge or supervision of a parent or guardian so that delivery and payment details are handled correctly.

3. Pricing and no hidden charges

• Final price: The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for the item.
• Taxes: All product prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. No additional tax lines are added at checkout.
• Shipping: A flat shipping charge is added to your order and shown in full before you confirm it. See our Shipping Policy for the current rate.

The total shown in your cart before you confirm is exactly the amount you pay at your doorstep.

4. Cash on Delivery terms

• Payment method: RI Sports operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis. We do not take card or online payments.
• Payment at the doorstep: Please have the exact cash amount ready when the courier arrives. The courier will hand over the package once the full amount has been paid.
• Order confirmation: Because orders are unpaid until delivery, we may contact you by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your order before we ship it. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
• Refused deliveries: Repeatedly refusing confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders not being accepted.

5. Shipping and estimated delivery

• Estimated dates: All delivery timeframes are estimates based on our courier partners. We work to deliver quickly, but RI Sports is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, courier backlogs or public holidays.
• Address accuracy: Please give a complete address and an active mobile number. Orders with incomplete details cannot be delivered.

6. Product use

RI Sports supplies equipment for a wide range of sports. Our products are intended for their normal athletic purpose and must be used safely. Damage caused by misuse, alteration or normal wear is not a manufacturing fault.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your order is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service changes. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
