Shipping Policy

1. Processing and delivery timeframes

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Karachi: 1 to 3 working days.
• Major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and similar): 3 to 5 working days.
• Rest of Pakistan: 5 to 7 working days.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners. Weather, road conditions and public holidays can extend them.

2. Shipping charges

• Flat rate: Rs. 250 on all orders, anywhere in Pakistan.

The shipping charge is shown separately in your cart and included in the total you pay at your doorstep.

3. Payment

We deliver on a Cash on Delivery basis only. You pay our courier partner in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.

4. Delivery practices

• We deliver to private addresses only, such as a home or a workplace. We do not deliver to public places.
• Courier rules do not allow a parcel to be opened before payment. If you find a problem after opening it, see the next section and our Returns Policy.
• Please give a complete address and an active mobile number. We may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.

5. Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. Reaching us quickly, with photographs, is what allows us to resolve it with our courier.
